How to create new statuses in 1point
This short video explains the purpose of statuses to detail the progress of your drillhole data and how to add them in 1point. When loading drillhole data into 1point, a status acts like a tag that allows you to identify where the drilling data is at in its journey. Two of the many statuses detailed in the tutorial are raw, for data that has just been drilled, and modelled, for when data has been turned into a geological model. This video also shows you how to create custom statuses.
How to create and export drillhole tags in 1point
This tutorial covers how to add drillhole tags and how to download drillhole data via tags. Using drillhole tags, you can easily group multiple drillholes. This video explains how to use Load Advanced Columns to filter/select the specific kind data you want to group under a tag. By using tags, you can export groups of drillhole data, and any filters you add when creating a tag will be recorded and visible to other users.
How to explore drillhole details in 1point
This short video walks you through drillhole details. From the drillhole page, you can turn columns on and off and reorder them. Your preferences for the drillhole table layout will be remembered. You can select Load Advanced Columns to help you highlight important drillhole data, which can be filtered to identify specific drillholes. This tutorial also shows you how to download data and to view and change different versions of data added to a drillhole.
How to create custom tables in 1point
This short video walks you through how to add a custom table via Advanced Options in your 1point navigation menu. While some tables are autogenerated when you first create your company, you can create a custom table manually in 1point or by uploading a file to 1point. This tutorial will walk you through how to select a file from your computer’s file directory to upload. It shows how data from that table is automatically populated into a new custom table in 1point with prefilled table names and columns. It also explains how to assign the type of data as text-, number- or date-based.
How to upload collar data in 1point
In this video, we walk you through you how to upload collar data by loading pre-existing CSV files into Custom Tables in 1point as well as how to download a report summary of drillhole data. This tutorial demonstrates that by selecting Upload from the navigation menu, in just a few clicks your collar data is uploaded and much of the data is automatically mapped for you. The few columns unmapped automatically by 1point can easily be mapped by choosing from a dropdown menu.
How to reset your password in 1point
This brief tutorial shows you how to change your password under Profile in the 1point navigation menu. To do so you must enter your old password and then choose a new one as well under Password and Authentication. This video also explains what to do if you have forgotten your password and need to reset it entirely without being logged in to 1point.
How to set up two factor authentication in 1point
In this tutorial, we show you how to configure Two Factor Authentication for your 1point account (located at Profile > Password and Authentication). This video will explain how to download and link an external authenticator app to your 1point account for added security.
