1point Desktop allows you to correct and validate your logging data, combine core log data with geophysics and visualise this data via simple cross sections.

Some of the key features of 1point Desktop are:

• A user friendly interface using MDI (Multiple Document Interface) design with comprehensive interaction and communication between various modules of the application.
• Multiple options for displaying geophysics curves, customisable options including line style, width, colour plus various options for smoothing or exaggerating curves, and the ability to display every curve in the LAS file. A feature not included in most other software.
• A single rendering engine sits behind the scenes generating graphic logs, brightness profiles and cross sections. So all the customisation you use for graphic logs can be applied everywhere, providing consistency in your visualisations and removing a potential source of error or confusion.
• Integrated mapping using DotSpatial displays your boreholes in their true location with support for displaying standard file formats such as .shp and .dxf files.
• Cross Section generator is very user friendly and editable, once you’ve created a cross section you can drag things around or turn them on/off such as bore holes, labels and correlations. In fact, everything on the screen is an object that can be manipulated to create better looking sections.
• Once downloaded, you need no other extensions or third party applications, 1point Desktop works straight out of the box and can read and write excel files and create pdf files for your reports!
